This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Student", or "Guardian") and Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan Consultancy (the "Firm", "We", "Us"). By accessing our physical offices, website, or digital portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the exhaustive terms detailed herein.
Definitions & Scope
- "Consultancy" refers to Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan, acting exclusively as a counseling and admission facilitation entity, not as a direct degree-awarding educational institution.
- "Partner Institutions" refers to the third-party colleges, universities, and educational campuses where the Consultancy facilitates admissions.
- "Service Fee" denotes the charges levied by the Consultancy for profile evaluation, documentation, and counseling services, distinct from the actual tuition fees of the Partner Institutions.
The scope of these terms encompasses all offline counseling sessions, telephonic guidance, digital correspondence, and financial transactions executed under the banner of Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan. Any deviation from these terms must be documented and signed by an authorized director of the firm.
Consultancy Operations & Nature of Service
Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan operates strictly as an educational consultancy firm. Our core operations include:
Profile Analysis
Mapping student academic history against institution eligibility matrices.
Documentation Support
Assistance in compiling, verifying, and submitting application dossiers.
Institution Matching
Recommending colleges based on budget, geography, and placement records.
Financial Structuring
Negotiating lowest fee structures and setting up EMI/installment plans.
Disclaimer of Guarantee: While we utilize our extensive network to secure the best educational opportunities, we DO NOT guarantee admission. Final admission is the sole prerogative of the respective educational boards and is subject to the candidate clearing entrance exams (e.g., BCECE) or merit cut-offs.
User Obligations & Authenticity
The User is legally bound to provide 100% accurate, un-manipulated, and authentic information regarding their academic history, identity, and financial status.
- Submission of forged mark sheets, fake identities, or manipulated caste/income certificates will result in immediate termination of our services.
- The Consultancy holds the right to report any such fraudulent activities to the respective Partner Institutions and legal authorities.
- The User must adhere to the timelines provided by our counselors for form submissions and fee deposits. Failure to meet deadlines indemnifies the Consultancy from any admission rejection.
Fee Structure & Installment Matrix
Our financial models are designed to assist middle and lower-income families. The financial agreement consists of two distinct components: the Consultancy Service Fee and the Institution Tuition Fee.
| Fee Component | Payable To | Installment Eligibility |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Registration & Processing | Consultancy | No (Upfront) |
| Seat Booking / Advance Tuition | Institution via Consultancy | No (Upfront) |
| Remaining Semester Fees | Direct to Institution | Yes (Subject to MOU) |
Any installment plan authorized by the Consultancy is highly contingent upon the mutual memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed between the student and the respective college. The Consultancy does not act as a financial lender or NBFC.
Cancellation & Refund Protocols
We maintain strict transparency regarding refunds to protect the operational bandwidth of our firm. The refund protocols are categorized as follows:
Scenario A: Rejection by Institution
If the candidate's application is rejected due to merit or eligibility failure (excluding fraudulent data), 100% of the advanced tuition/seat-booking fee is refunded. The initial processing fee remains non-refundable.
Scenario B: Voluntary Withdrawal by Student
If the student withdraws their application after the seat has been successfully blocked, no refund of the seat-booking amount will be initiated by the Consultancy. The student must directly coordinate with the institution based on UGC/AICTE standard refund norms.
Scenario C: Fraud or Misconduct
If admission is canceled due to forged documents or disciplinary issues, absolutely NO REFUND will be processed under any circumstances.
Data Privacy & Protection Policy
Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan acts as a data fiduciary concerning your personal and academic information. We comply with industry-standard data protection guidelines.
- Data Collection: We collect Aadhar data, academic transcripts, financial statements, and contact details solely for executing the admission process.
- Data Sharing: Your data is transmitted ONLY to the educational institutions you have agreed to apply to. We do not sell your data to marketing agencies.
- Digital Footprint: Our website may use cookies to track analytical data to improve user interface experience. You may opt out via your browser settings.
Limitation of Liability
Gurukul Polytechnic Siwan, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held legally or financially liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
1. The cancellation of admission by a partner institution due to their internal policy changes.
2. Delays in university academic sessions, examination schedules, or placement commitments made directly by the partner college.
3. Any injury, loss, or damage incurred by the student while residing on the campus of the partner institution. The institution holds sole administrative responsibility once the student is enrolled.
